The Financial Inclusion Observatory (FIO) at the Central Bank of Tunisia is a comprehensive institution that combines and coordinates with all institutions, ministries and bodies relevant to financial education, awareness and inclusion in Tunisia, such Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Capital Market, Post Organisation, Microfinance, digital payment gateway and others.
In this picture, MenaMoney’s CEO Ebrahim K Ebrahim met with Mr. Jamel Ben Yagoub, Director General of FIO, whose institution is partnering with MenaMoney in the organisation and hosting of the “Arab Savings & Financial Literacy Conference 2024” in Tunisia later this year.
This is a key event for financial literacy, financial inclusion, investment inclusion, insurance inclusion, micro-finance, fintech and social protection across Arab countries.
The annual gathering draws participation from central banks, financial regulators, banks, insurance firms, microfinance, ministries of education, ministries of finance, ministries of social affairs, ministries of youths, banking and insurance federations and financial education institutions.
